Cadence Brown is an IB student and NCDT member at NCHS and a lifetime Rising Star family member! Cadence has been at the studio since she was only nine months old. She became a teacher after five years of assisting classes at the studio. Her favorite styles are modern and ballet, although she is thrilled to be moving no matter the type of dancing. Cadence trained at the Snowy Range Summer Dance Festival in 2018 and 2019, where she studied under Keith and Kellye Saunders of Ballet Theatre of Harlem, dancers of the Limón Dance Company, and other internationally renowned teachers. Cadence served as Vice President of the NHSDA chapter at Rising Star in 2019-2020. In 2019, she danced alongside Cleo Parker Robinson Dance Ensemble in the piece Harvest. She is so excited to be working with brilliant young minds at Rising Star!
