Callisto Bennett is a dance instructor at Rising Star and is a Super Star company member! She has been dancing with us since she was 4 years old, starting out in Dancing Stars. She then joined Dance Company at 6 and has been a part of the team ever since. She loves all styles of dance and loves to tumble too. Fun fact: Callisto’s mom (Miss Annie) was a part of Rising Star’s first competition team! Callisto has been an assistant for many styles of classes and ages, ranging from 4 years old to 16 years old. Some of her experience includes assisting tumbling with Miss Stacy and jazz with Miss Annie. In addition to these classes, Callisto also assisted Miss Annie with Rocks Stars, a dance program for children with disabilities. Callisto is grateful for this awesome experience working with the Rock Stars. She has been a member and officer of our National Honors Society of Dance Arts (NHSDA) chapter for four years now, and takes her place as the Event Coordinator for the 2021-2022 season Callisto is also a member of National Honors Society (NHS) at school. She is an honors and AP student at Kelly Walsh.
